      Great mentorship from tech leads and other developers, culture that values continuous learning and growth, and exciting projects to work on.

      Cons

      Context switching between projects can be challenging at times. Some projects have tight deadlines.

      Pros

      CQL is an amazing company to work for. They recently took some employee feedback and switched to unlimited PTO and improved several other benefits. The fully remote environment and flex time policy allows employees to work things around their schedule, allowing a lot of flexibility. The people who work here are extremely talented, passionate about what they do, and all-around fun people to be around. Even though it's almost entirely a remote work setting, CQL still manages to keep an enjoyable culture with remote-geared events, random appreciation gifts in the mail, and opportunities to win some company-branded swag.

      Cons

      Nothing is perfect. The company has gone through some growing pains and difficult circumstances, but that's to be expected of any company.
