      Hard to get Ahead here

      Pros

      A big emphasis on fun here. Some people may appreciate that.

      Cons

      No 401(K) match at time of this writing which in 2019 is hard to fathom. Health Insurance likely to be prohibitively expensive for a family. No exaggeration here. CSCI only recognizes 5 out of 10 Federal holidays. For workers on Federal and State projects go ahead and reduce your yearly PTO balance by 40hrs straight away. Because of the subpar benefits CSCI is unable to hire and retain quality people.

      Great work life/balance and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Management plays favorites and only those favorites will grow with the company. The insurance is expensive.
