Pros
Very few. You have a decent amount of autonomy and some of the people are great to work with.
Cons
The company has been on a downward slide. They have recently lost some big accounts and they have a reputation of over-spec on most projects. They are losing talent and laying off employees due to the loss of business and poor management. Nepotism runs wild in this company as well and advanced training is reserved for the select few. The training for the rest of the staff is laughable.
