Pros

Small company. Bench time pay. Reduced everyone's salary instead of firing people when they were in a desperate financial hole in 2024.

Cons

CSols tries to enforce a non-compete agreement so they will legally try to prevent you from leaving the company. CSols is all about the money and puts profits before quality, although they claim to put employees and people first. Majority of contract agreements to go sales and management when consultants only make a small portion of the profits. CSols fires employees when their contracts end rather than work with them. Several of my colleagues were fired and it was a very unpleasant experience with no forewarning. Consultants are put on multiple projects at the same time in a very high stress environment. Outdated billing system and reporting / annual review structure. Culture lacks specialization and promotes quick and dirty jobs for the money. Leadership does not listen to employees or consultant concerns.
