I have been working at CSpring full-time for less than a year

    Pros

CSpring has a great group of people who genuinely care about your wellbeing and success. It’s an exciting place to work with lots of growth potential.

    Cons

If working as a consultant, you’re a bit at the mercy of the company to which you’re consulting, which can cause some headaches if you’re placed somewhere that’s less than ideal. But this is a con of consulting in general, not CSpring specifically. In fact, I feel CSpring has done a great job of opening communication channels in order to better understand the hurdles its consultants are facing.

I have been working at CSpring full-time for less than a year

    Pros

This company truly cares for its employees. The senior leaders are transparent, honest, and trustworthy. Employees are given autonomy and opportunities to apply their skills and experience.

    Cons

Like many consulting organizations, it is difficult to find time for training and development when actively engaged in client assignments. I think this is an area for growth here as well. I would like to see a greater emphasis on learning.

I have been working at CSpring full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The President genuinely cares for all of the employees. Very strong leadership team! The culture is amazing! We do fun team outings and several internal meetings so everyone feels connected and part of the team. We are located downtown which gives us several options for lunch. Parking is close.

    Cons

Traffic can be challenging when conferences are held downtown.

I have been working at CSpring full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The culture and employees are important to the management and that is evident. People are treated well and cared about holistically....mind, physical health, and spirit. The new is engaging and meaningful. Lots of my work has focused on improving the lives of the people receiving medical care in Indiana and I love that it is making a difference. Lots of autonomy to learn new skills and technology. Personalized professional development plans allow me to learn new technology and business skills. Work/Life balance is the best I have experienced in my career and Management team open door policy is awesome.

    Cons

Fast paced so lots is expected Growth has caused many outdated processes to be rewritten and new processes placed where none existed. Sometimes frustrating but getting better every day. During major events downtown (GenCon, Big Ten, FFA, etc) parking can sometimes be difficult

I have been working at CSpring full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

CSpring has been and continues to be a great experience for me. Over the last year, the leadership team has worked hard to create and share an inspiring vision and a solid foundation for growth. At CSpring, we are here to serve our clients, our community, and each other. The team is supportive and fun and our culture is designed around performance, accountability, and celebration. It's the perfect place for self-motivated, energetic, high-achievers.

    Cons

CSpring is a growing company, so processes are still being created, put into place, and adopted as regular practice. A lot is expected of employees, and if you aren't self-motivated or OK with learning on the fly, CSpring may not be the place for you.

    Pros

Free parking. Free coffee. Lots of light in office.

    Cons

President in over her head and the place doesn’t know what it wants to be. If it weren’t for its WBE status, there would be no work.

    CSpring Response

    January 21, 2020

We appreciate your review. While we acknowledge that CSpring isn’t a fit for everyone, we strive to make our company a great place to work. I am sorry you didn’t have a more positive experience. Our company culture encourages ideas. When we explore those ideas, it may seem to some like we are shifting direction to those who are working in other areas of the business. We are proud of our long history of success as a Woman-owned Business Enterprise (WBE) and our consistent growth in both the public and private sectors. Your review serves as a great reminder to clearly communicate our vision, goals, AND new initiatives to all team members as often as possible.

  9. "A Growing Company"

I have been working at CSpring full-time for more than a year

    Pros

CSpring is growing quickly with no signs of slowing. There are a lot of really talented individuals here who do impactful work for our public & private sector clients. I feel there are several people here that care about me as a person and encourage me to do great work and push me out of my comfort zone on tackling projects and owning initiatives. I really enjoy the events and initiatives to make individuals feel as though they are a part of our "family" - or Ohana, such as mini baby and bridal shower celebrations, happy hours and work outings, and postings on our employee app, Ohana, to celebrate other big work-oriented milestones and achievements.

    Cons

A lot can be asked of people as the company tries to figure out which direction it will continue to grow in, so it's crucial to have an open-mind when taking on responsibility at CSpring.
