The owners are hands on and truly care about their employees. They have no issue with listening to the concerns of their employees and making changes if needed.

There are absolutely no pros to this job. 1 star because I couldn't do 0 stars.

Cons

This is the worst place I've ever work. Call center job but they dont tell you that until youve started. They lie about everything. They tell you one thing but do the complete opposite. Ive never seen a company micromanage like this one. Not supportive in the least. Just trust me and dont even consider this job. It will make you miserable
