      PE strikes again

      Pros

      Office is nice, sometimes they cater.

      Cons

      Run, far and fast. No transparency from leadership and shady practices with their ITAD program. Refuse to invest in a real CRM. Constantly raising and setting unrealistic goals. No sales support besides the guys in the warehouse testing and packing things. Culture fits all the stereotypes you hear about sales people. C level is completely out of touch. Management starts sweating at the word union and sues their former employees for leaving. Comp plan reworked every year to be worse than the last. Used to be an amazing spot to work but PE ruined this place.

      Pros

      Great opportunity to make a lot of money. Most coworkers are great. The company does a lot and really supports community involvement.

      Cons

      Unrealistic goals really brings people down. There’s rapid change and some people aren’t handling it well, bringing down morale.
