      Pros

      CEO, CTO and the higher management team who are serial entrepreneurs. Highly knowledgeable and respectable.

      Cons

      No leadership in local engineering team hence nobody there to steer the team and hence everybody runs in their own direction like lagaan team. The culture is of negativity and sad. All the enthusiasm fizzles out looking at dead faces. Groupism is a big problem. Nobody joins hence lot of workload on existing people. Only hope that the new product clicks in the market and vmware takes over.

      Good technology and a great team to work with. Good work life balance

      Cons

      The company does not honor promised compensation. They randomly start paying half salary and force employees to take stocks instead. Every piece of design is redesigned multiple times after most of the coding done. Code is never reviewed and mostly written by junior folks

Being a startup we also had our own tough time and because of the employees and management, we managed to overcome all the challenges and got back on the track. Thanks again for supporting us in that period. We tried our level best to be transparent in the process and will keep on improving.
