These employers are not your friends nor someone that you speak to about your personal issue. In the event that you do take that chance, you will regret it. If you are hired and they tell you that it's a new client and they are on a pilot program, PLEASE RUN! The bonus structure is consistently changing, and there's more disappointment on top of that. $10 per appointment turns to $5, and $5 turns to "in order to be qualified for the pay out for those appointments, you have to make 20 appointments or more." There improvement plans are nonsense because it doesn't outline anything that you aren't already doing, there leads are not reliable, do not think that these people care about you because they don't no matter how they make it seem as if they do. They only care about satisfying their clients. I also think that they are prejudiced against people who are from the Caribbean Islands because if you were in a leadership position as someone of a specific ethnicity and you got the position as an agent and you didn't make the cut, they would make an exception, but if you were only an agent and you didn't make the cut, you would be fired immediately.
