      Pros

      The people are team players. The people are motivated to do good work for the team and for the client. There are very few people who are egotistical or toxic.

      Cons

      I do not feel heard. I simply do as I am told. If I try to do something new or different, it is either ignored, or I have to disregard it, and do what I'm told instead.

      Pros

      My manager is caring and attentive. I apricate my concerns and suggestions are listened too. I like all the team building activities and a cultivation of positive and inclusive work culture.

      Include a Pension Plan .

      More realistic deadlines that account for time away running events, holidays, internal and external meetings and interruptions from unplanned calls, Teams messages, emails, mandatory training
