This company is plagued by workplace cliques and office politics that create an unprofessional environment. Favoritism is rampant, promotions and opportunities go to a select few based on relationships rather than merit or hard work. Additionally, the company is incredibly disorganized. Processes are unstructured or outdated, leading to confusion and inefficiency. There is a clear disconnect between leadership—particularly the CFO—and the staff, resulting in minimal support and a lack of accountability from upper management. If you value a fair, transparent, and organized workplace, this is not the place.
