      - Not such as - Fake promises - Fake management - Fake peoples - Fake policies Not able to give less then one star.If you want to deal with pathetic people pls join, worst company in Pune.

      - Management team is one of the worst, some people don’t have management experience but still they are sitting at management to harass employees - No culture, bad work life balance -HR has no responsibilities or rights its all controlled by management. - No ethics, no value - worst management peoples ever met

      they had few really good people in past which they lost due to managements inappropriate behaviors& now they are facing its consequences

      - no regular salaries - nothing new to learn here as all are learning by themselves - management treats developers in very ill-mannered

      Cons: 1. False commitment to all client, employee and also business partners. 2. No Policy. 3. No Documentation,No BRD, SRS 4: No SDLC 5: Sacrifice everything is the key to be in company. 6: you can join but you cannot go outside until company want it.
