Pros

As an early-stage startup, there is a lot of excellent work to be done and opportunities to grow or explore new fields.

Cons

Overall, Senior Leadership is focused on one thing, revenue, at any cost. There is little regard for the impact on work-life balance or even basic workplace etiquette or respect for employees. The CEO is a particularly toxic individual, with a lack of accountability, empathy, and professionalism. Frequently, clients are sold a product that doesn't exist, with unrealistic expectations on capacity and timeline and the burden to manage the fall-out sits with downstream teams. If you value your time and mental health, I'd suggest staying clear of this company.

Pros

CertifyOS is the place to be if you enjoy being apart of building a foundation. I have been able to utilize my experience to help create infrastructure. The culture of Team First is truly embodied by everyone. Leadership is engaging and very supportive.

Cons

As a startup company, we are in the process of building. If you require structure and a predictable work environment, this may not be the place for you at this time. We are in an exciting phase of scaling and building.
