      Pros

      Great atmosphere with fellow servers. The usual customers know how to tip and appreciate the service you are giving them.

      Cons

      Management is very unprofessional. Need to work on rewarding the employees that work hard to achieve sales goals.

      Pros

      Good staff, Hours, nearly minimum wage for servers, Good Atmosphere, Good Customers, Regular Customers, Management was decent, 50s music, free uniforms.

      Cons

      Tips are low even if your a good server, Lots of young kids that can't tip, No busers or runners, Customers don't really know how much to tip because its a family, burger restaurant. You have to do a lot of side work and get $100 on a Weekend shift if your lucky. Really the tips are the problem. Kitchen staff makes next to nothing. No smoking on job, few breaks.
