I have been working at Chetu full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If you are a go getter and are not afraid of working for an egomaniac, Chetu is a great place to work

    Cons

Micromanagement to the extreme. Pay is not livable wages. HR is in India and they have no clue management of fear. Joke.

    Advice to Management

Fire the people who have been there too long, just because they kiss the CEO's butt doesn't mean they are good for the company. You know who you are

I worked at Chetu full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    As an employee? None

    Cons

You will be expected to have sales almost immediately or be fired. They hold commissions and even deduct from salary if minimums aren't met. They leverage work visas over employees from India, many of whom are some of the hardest working people in the company. Sad

Ridicule in front of peers is a method used to trigger 'fight or flight' responses from employees to motivate them.

I saw many people get fired for ridiculous things, and even saw one person have their flight home cancelled after they were fired for being late. This was an employee who had performed for the company for a good period of time

You will be subject to live video monitoring the whole day while working from home.

You will always have red-eye flights home and expected to work the next day bright and early.

The demeanor of the CEO is that of a bully, but also a coward, which can make you upset and at the same time feel pity. Musilini School of Management is how I would describe it.

There are good people there, who put on a good face but it is a toxic environment and should be avoided.

I have read the negative reviews here and concur. The detail was in line with my experience.

I have read the positive reviews here and believe that they are faked. How do I know? Because it is well known that they pressure employees to make good reviews, create a screenshot and submit it to management.

I worked at Chetu full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Everything about this company is low quality, from the services to the company culture. Horrible leaders, terrible benefits, ridiculous policies.

    Cons

The company has a huge turnover rate both in America and India. The CEO of Chetu is not only a con artist but also extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Chetu’s CEO Atal Bansal is a deplorable human being who cares only about money. Employees are treated like personal property. All the positive reviews are fake, which is obvious.

    Advice to Management

Chetu is led by a big con artist. It’s no coincidence that most clients leave unhappy when they quickly realize the company provides sub-par services and intentionally delays projects just so they can extend the contract as much as they can, pocketing as much money as possible, scamming naive clients. If the client dares complain they will sue them and they will not release the source code.

I worked at Chetu full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nothing. Only that if you do end up working at Chetu, it will always be the worst place you'll ever work for...?

So anywhere else will be exponentially better by comparison.

    Cons

I worked here years ago and back then I thought this place couldn't get any worse!

But boy was I wrong! Judging by these recent negative reviews, Chetu is really going downhill fast. I knew it was bound to happen. This company will crash and burn soon!

All the negative things are true unfortunately, just a lot worse now I guess...I'm glad Glassdoor is finally putting a stop to Chetu's deceiving ways, this company will do anything to seem like a good company instead of taking the steps to actually improve the company.

I am so relieved I got out of there, because it really is that bad...Companies should treat employees with respect, no one should put up with the type of treatment that takes place at Chetu :(

    Advice to Management

    SHUT IT DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!

...or at least...learn how to treat employees with respect, it's not a lot to ask.

    Pros

You get to work from home. You don't have to be around the negative environment and condescension all day.

    Cons

Management and leadership are completely negative. Abusive and micromanaging. You are required to be on camera for your first 90 days. The Enablement team watches you work and gives you Non Compliant Notices (NCN) which is an email notifying you of your mistakes. Completely Orwellian. The worst job I have ever had. This company has been cited for inflating their Glassdoor reviews.

    Advice to Management

If you don't trust your people, don't hire them. Good luck with your turnover.

This is a really good company, the people are the best part about it to be honest. The benefits are good, and you get to work with great technologies

    Cons

I wish there were more training programs for non technical teams.

    Advice to Management

    None at the moment
