      Pros

      Unlimited PTO Work Life Balance

      Cons

      There have been multiple reorganizations in a short amount of time. There is a lack of transparency. Over the last year, the culture has become extremely toxic with many people being on edge and with reprimand being the motivating strategy from leadership. A lot of good people were lost either by reorganization or leaving due to the culture and lack of growth.

      Pros

      They are building software to help hospitals. Unlimited PTO that they encourage you to take.

      Cons

      Product Management keeps shifting priorities. They can't seem to focus on keeping things simple and build out. Very Waterfall-ish. Several re-orgs a year, and layoffs have happened every year (sometimes multiple times) for the past several years. In addition there are a lot of sensitive people there, so watch what you say and how you might disagree with something. If you aren't a yes person, then good luck.
