    Advice to Management

You guys need to stop treating your sales associates like slaves. We are the face of the company and without us you wouldn't be making revenue. Most sales associates that I have met are very hard workers so please start treating them better or else they will find another job.

    Pros

Clarks is very customer orientated and gives employees the same treatment. Employees get a good discount on the products. Good part time job if you can sell.

    Cons

You either are a good seller and make more than minimum wage through commission or make very little.

    I worked at Clarks part-time

    Pros

They have great and flexible hours and the shifts are not too long there at all but still long enough to make some money.

    Cons

The management provides little benefits, and they can sometimes be rude and not very nice to new staffers.

    Advice to Management

Focus more on new sales people because it is easy for them to forget about the new people and support the profitable sales people.

I worked at Clarks full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Once a great company, good product.
For new comers a good part time job.

    Cons

New corporate team no longer cares about there employees. True that everyone is replaceable. But before they gave more reason for to enjoy going to work. Now it just feels like they are working you. Anyone that has worked with the old ways sees how much the pay has changed.nothing to make a career out of anymore.

    Advice to Management

Bring back importance to the workers to have them stay.
Uphold the vale of the product. People just wait for the shoes to go down to 29.99 or at the outlets to 19.99.
