Pros

near the train - easy for commuting in NJ people usually leave by 5:30 to 6:00pm--- good for the industry

Cons

Smooth-talkers-- Will say anything to win business, no matter how untrue Send all its work to India because it's cheap (you get what you pay) Pay is bottom of the barrel for the industry

Use to employ talented, strong, strategic, client focused individuals.

Cons

Poor, inexperienced management that does not have a client-focused mentality. Company goals and forecasting completely inaccurate which lead to unreachable sales targets, which lead to significant, unexplained employee lay-offs throughout 2015 and into 2016. More lay-offs likely to come as well.
