RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Cleverti full-time for less than a year
Pros
The office is alive! Lots of conversation, knowledge exchange, ping-pong.. oh and also some work! I worked in 2 other "software agencies" before Cleverti but I don't feel comfortable in working on formal environments / silent office. Here things are different for better
Cons
A long term boring project can be an issue / demotivating... But it's switchable after a conversation with management

RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Cleverti full-time for more than a year
Pros
I like to be able to work from home 2x per week. Cleverti is very flexible and otherwise I would be unable to work there because I live 200km from the office.
Cons
It would be great if Cleverti's projects could allow 100% work remotely, like some companies already do. It's possible for developers to perform only from home, even better.

RecommendsNo opinion of CEOI worked at Cleverti full-time for more than a year
Pros
- The projects changed a lot, different programming languages and technologies which allowed learning a lot of stuff all the time - The development team was cool and always available to help each other - There were nice team building activities - It was possible to work remote
Cons
- Management sold developers as more seniors then they really were, which applied a lot of pressure doing the job - The deadlines tended to be set very short - Developers had to deal directly with the clients - Management had a very high level knowledge about the technologies they sold - A bit strict with the working hours
Advice to Management
Incentivise open feedback, decrease the gap between the management team and the developers
