None that I can think of.

Cons

Owners are husband and wife duo. They are the epitome of micromanagers. They read emails and monitor everything you do. It was the most toxic company I’ve ever worked for.

Flexible on different shifts. Can move up fast if your attendance is great and you do your job.

Not paid enough. The other contracts make more than this company

If you do your job well and give your all to the company, you'll get the occasional bonus.

Cons

Vindictive and petty if you upset them. No promotion potential, and raises that don't keep up with inflation. Applying for a job with someone else can be grounds for termination.
