Pros
I love the vision of the owner. Lots of good things are happening. The projects are challenging and everyone contributes. Every team member is very talented in their area of expertise.
Cons
This is a fast paced work environment. There are lots of detailed tasks to be done.

Pros
Office environment is nice. They try hard to have current and up to date tools.
Cons
Beware of this company. This company has over a 90% turnover rate. Unheard of for such a small firm but yet it is true. They go through several employees a year. In fact, other than the two original principals, they have completely changed their staff several times in the last few years. This can be verified. About half get fired for ridiculous reasons and the others quit after they realize just how bad it is. The main reason for such low loyalty on the employee and employer’s part is the head Principal. Really nice at first then after a few months his true self comes out. Future employees beware this company really does have a 90% or more turnover rate. Almost all “FORMER” employees hated working for this company. Current employees get paid to provide positive reviews. Beware!

Pros
The Company is a tight-knit group of self-starters who enjoy what they do. There is a lot of growth potential and opportunity to be a part of something larger than yourself. The focus is on the end result and a lot of trust and discretion is given to the employee to do their job in a way that achieves the best result.
Cons
If you are used to larger organizations where your tasks are very regimented and repetitive and you just clock-in and clock-out, then the environment here can be overwhelming. Change is the name of the game and you have to embrace new ideas and processes as this is a very fluid environment that may not fit well with those that don't do well with change.

Pros
Friendly and easygoing staff. Great work/life balance. Growing company but still small enough to have a interpersonal relationship with all your coworkers.
Cons
While trying to find the right employees to fit into the team cohesively there has been a bit of trails and tribulations but nothing that isn't easily resolvable.

Pros
If your skills are limited to being a "yes man," you can be a shining star.
Cons
Company has not closed a deal in over 2 years, and has not made a profit in 4 years. Company poses as a "real estate developer," but they neither design, build, nor own property. They are a middle man who does nothing. Morally bankrupt management, most of whom were unsuccessful in their previous careers and were hired based upon their religion. No training of any kind. No mentorship. No incentives. Company does not always meet payroll. Disorganized, no leadership, no room for growth.

Pros
The boss has the work ethic of a 16 year old dog. He only shows up a few days each week, and when he does, he arrives late and leaves early. Due to the constant firings and resignations, they are always hiring. If you're a lawyer, they are always suing or being sued, so it would be a good company to represent.
Cons
Coaction is known as a "career killer" in the Phoenix real estate market (ask around). It was black balled years ago, and as a result, has not built a single project in Arizona in many few years. Zero (verify on their website)! This should be a red flag given Arizona's huge construction boom. Be sure to ask exactly how many clients they have. It will be eye opening. When it comes to salary, be very careful. They are known for offering a "competitive" base salary, but sneakily "holding back" a large percentage of that base base until "the end of the year." Thus, if you think you are making $60k, they will only pay you $40k in your pay checks and hold a carrot in front of you to keep you from quitting. The problem is, they wait until your salary/bonus is due, then let you go to avoid paying your wages. Do not fall for this trick. Unfortunately, you cannot make a difference at the company. The problem starts with the CEO. The guy is a dishonest snake oil salemen who struggles with serious anger management issues. The company does not pay their vendors, big or small, and have a reputation for this. The CEO's unethical behavior and temper tantrums put the entire office on edge. He has been known to throw objects, kick things, cuss employees out, fire people for no reason, and throw temper tantrums in front of entire rooms of employees. There is a revolving door of resignations and firings every 2-4 weeks. It's like clockwork, and it creates the lowest morale of anywhere I have ever worked. It also causes projects to stall and eventually fail. Before considering a job there, ask the interviewers to put in writing exactly how many projects they closed in 2015 and 2016, and how many are in production now. The number will absolutely shock you and make you wonder how they are paying their bills (they aren't). Don't be bamboozled like I was, being told about "lots of" deals they were "working on." Email some of the current employees. Look them up on the company website (do not contact the shills interviewing you, as they will not tell you the truth). Ask them how long the average employee has been with the company. You will find that virtually no one lasts for 1 year (due in part to the bonus structure).

Dishonesty at its Finest!! One STAR because Zero isn't an option!!

If you're foolish enough to actually work here the only pros I can think of are that you will have a wealth of knowledge of what not to do when you inevitably move on to bigger and brighter things! If you do take a position make sure when you leave you don't put this place on your resume because it will destroy your chances of landing another position elsewhere.
Cons
UNETHICAL, UNTRUSTWORTHY, UNPROFESSIONAL - yes in caps because this place is the epitome of these traits!!! When a company would rather pay employees to write positive reviews than to actually try to create an environment where people care enough to do it on their own speaks volumes about managements ineptitude! This company is a strict dictatorship with an owner that has to direct everything...employees fear doing anything on their own because of his childish tantrums therefore everyone just waits for marching orders each day! No wonder it takes years to complete projects that should take months. This is an organization that keeps the doors open by milking projects along just so the owner can maintain his image of superiority...it's pretty obvious he's the only one benefiting...definitely not the employees and clients! Some Guarantees this company offers: If you're a company unlucky enough to find yourself doing business with this group know going in it will end in litigation!!! If you're a prospective client know going in you will be lied to repeatedly and your project will take an unrealistic time to complete!!! If you're foolish enough to work here know you are in a Dead End job!!! I realize this all may seem harsh but its not..it's simply a reality!!! If you understand these things and still choose to take that leap remember you were forewarned!

Pros
The pay and my immediate coworkers. This place is a joke that's falling apart. I'm just drawing a check until I can find a better job. If it weren't for them paying better than average wage I'd have been gone along time ago.
Cons
The most unethical place I've ever seen. The positive reviews are only because the owner is offering $25 to post a positive review. Do your homework and ask lotsa questions if you are crazy enough to consider a job with Coaction.

Pros
If I must enter five words to fill this field here is thirteen.
Cons
Lunch is not going to fix the issues. If the employees are not empowered to make decisions and management will turn on their employees when they make a decision, then why should anyone feel proud to work for this company.
