Pros

Your making a living for now

Cons

Company only focused on selling to a new entity ASAP. Toxic environment, everyone fake on vp, management & c suite level. Only concerned with board of directors and new ownership. Very siloed world. If you seen the show severance then you know CoAction. All employees that actually do the work are over worked and told to do more then last year. Systems suck but they dump millions into them for no reason! They push people out slowly by taking away responsibilities but when you leave they say “you weren’t doing anything”. It’s like a bunch of children running the show playing insurance with no idea what it is to be human and truly build relationships and a cohesive work environment. Nepotism is king, vp’s with zero credentials only there bc of family and think they are golden. Company is lost and once they sell the employees there will be too bc they wasted their time. They all the most talented go for a few to overwork them to save in “Expenses” while they hire family and friends with zero experience and give them a ton of money before they sell the company

Pros

Team members for the most part help one another.

Cons

Those who do well get used, punished and mistreated. Those who are mediocre are handed the world and put on a pedestal. Too much work for too little people. Not enough work/life balance. EXTREME micromanaging.

Pros

Hybrid Work - 3 days in office.

Cons

I cannot in good conscience advise others to work here, especially for individuals from underrepresented backgrounds or those who value psychological safety, transparency, and fairness. Working at this company was one of the most difficult periods of my professional life. I entered hopeful and eager to contribute, but I quickly found myself in an environment that felt toxic, discriminatory, and demoralizing. I felt unfairly targeted and unsupported which deeply impacted my mental health and ultimately drove me into a depression. Despite trying to advocate for myself and navigate the situation professionally, my concerns were dismissed and minimized. Leadership seemed more invested in maintaining appearances than fostering a healthy, inclusive work culture. The toxicity within my department wasn’t just tolerated, it was modeled and reinforced by leadership. Gossip, exclusion, and cliques were often initiated or encouraged by those in managerial roles, creating a culture where professionalism took a back seat to personal agendas. Rather than setting a tone of integrity and collaboration, leadership encouraged and participated in divisive behavior. This made it incredibly difficult to trust the system or feel safe speaking up. When toxicity starts at the top, it sends a clear message that dysfunction is not only acceptable, but expected. I hope the company takes serious steps toward change, but based on my experience, they probably won’t so it’s best to just not join them in the first place.
