- Poor infrastructure - Bad management - Poor & Worst HR policies. You will not see anything in favour of employees. - Long working hours without breaks (Excluding Lunch) - No value of long term relationships. Management has fired one colleague who was working in Codal since last 3 years without reason. - Brainless managers will bark on you even in a group meeting. - Job security is a serious concern - Management (Brainless Robots) people are not going to be changed.
