      None. Not much that’s good about this company.

      Cons

      - No mentor ship/career growth. You are left to figure it out yourself. - No organization at all. Absolute chaos on every project. -Zero control over clients. Lots of scope creep which makes working long hours and weekends a regular thing. - Aggressive CEO who commits to unrealistic timelines, yells and gets passive aggressive when they don’t get met. Very unprofessional and not a leader, just an aggressive salesman.

      They only hire as per their need, once their need over they immidiately fire people and very much unprofessional, personal request not to join this company.

      Nothing that i can remember. I wish i could give them Negative stars.

      Where to start? 1. They are total Mess! 2. No management office or department where you can go and ask your concerned questions! 3. No clear Direction given, no clear Requirements given for project! 4. Aggressive CEO, will keep bug you for your work (you will get Micromanaged). 5. Most important! they won't give your pay once you leave their company, (time to go to labor department for your money)!
