      - was fun - most of people are nice - good tech stack

      Cons

      - no understanding of what products should be built - first-time founders are now out of their depth. carried on hiring aggressively until august despite the macro situation before layoffs despite biz not performing - CEO thinks 'I started the company so I'm the best person to run it' - made lots of bad mid / senior management hires and have people running different teams with no clue. - culture became toxic and cliquey - sales ops is a shambles & 0 understanding of territories - product strategy changed 3 times in a year

      Cons

      Enabled sexual harassment. Leadership laughed at inappropriate comments made in meetings, professional settings, etc. Allowed to go on for a year, if not longer, unchecked.
