      Salary was paid correctly and on time.

      Cons

      Poor communication, lack of management involvement, no employee support, no regular feedback, unprofessional offboarding process, broken commitments.

      Pros

      Great place to be, especially if starting out or mid level. Many opportunities to grow, mentoring program, internal moves to another project and overall good clients to choose from. What sets them apart from others though is the value they place on the people.

      Cons

      Working for clients, excluded from bonuses/benefits from client company but that is to be expected being a consulting, so not really a con. Some clients/teams can be bad(high turnover) and chew through people.

      A place that genuinely invests in its engineers A few things that stand out after time here: Strong technical culture with a modern stack and high standards - quality is taken seriously rather than sacrificed for speed. Talented colleagues who are generous with their knowledge, and real encouragement to mentor and grow junior engineers. Varied, challenging work with genuine ownership, not busywork. Support for visibility in the wider community Approachable management and real room to grow.

      Cons

      Honestly hard to point to much. Busy stretches can mean juggling a few things at once, but that comes with the territory of a growing company doing interesting work.
