      Pros

      - Opportunity to fulfill your potential through implementing your projects and realizing your ideas - Constant development (if you want): 3 trainee programs, individual development plans, skill matrixes, internal programs, development of soft skills, performance review policy (360 feedback), company pays for conferences and training, etc. - people are treated properly here it always depends on what you try to achieve - you may hear laughter and talks in coffee points, birthday parties and teambuilding activities are the regular things - the cozy office will add to the comfortable atmosphere

      Cons

      It is not the company for lazy people who want to do nothing and get a lot of money. People, who are motivated only by money, should think twice before taking the offer. Because the values of the team are to create a good product, and then get the profit. The belief-based people are working here

      Thank you for the review, we value the opinion of every employee. It is great to know, that we lived up to our efforts! Our team is truly motivated and it is definitely hard to be lazy here. But sometimes with great motivation, the lazy ones become the best professionals :)
