      Overall great team (non leadership)

      Cons

      Company culture is toxic. Expect late night and weekend pings about how you're terrible at your job and they might fire you soon. Don't expect any meaningful feedback from managers, annual reviews with raises, or anything like that. They will promise things in the interview process that they never intend to provide.

      Being in the forefront of AI Where doing your job counts Plenty of room for growth Amazing people

      So far I have not seen many cons. We all do accept the fact that we are in a start up and the work will be more than an older company. That's what I signed up for.
