Pros

They Used latest tech stack, that the only pros.

Cons

Interview Process: HR call me and take the interview, there are total 3 rounds, the 1st one take by HR with some technical questions, 2nd one is Online Assessment, 3rd one is again technical. Questions are coming from JavaScript, React and some basic DSA. Review: Before Joining they never told me any rules and policies regarding the company, but after joining I realised the policies are worst level let me explain by points. 1. You have worked daily more than 10 hours. 2. They used clickup for project management and maximum estimation you can give is 2 hours, apart from than all task is divided in 15 min to 2 hours. Means, you don't have any time for other thing. 3. Even if you want to talk or discuss something with your colleagues for that also you have to set the time in clickup then only you can talk. 4. Hubstuff is installed on your device so, you have to move cursor on every 2 minutes otherwise the screen is on but timer stop in the background. This means you have moved cursor or type something all the times. 5. There is always firing and hiring happened. 6. They provide very bad system to work on it, not even the keyboard is properly work, nor the screen. 7. Abhishek Gupta - CEO he is the most worst person ever, he don't want to listen anything, he just want to work work work all the time, not even talk goodly with employees and clients. He is the mad person I ever seen. 8. There is a lot of micromanagement. 9. Loss Of Pay on each little mistake like, if you are late in srum call by 1 minutes, logs less than 8 hours then also, and logs more than 10 hours, estimation goes wrong then also they will deducted money. 10. You can't even ask for sick leave, they not approved easily. 11. In pune office they provide hybrid setup, 2 days office and 3 days WFH, but still no time management, some employees start their day 4 pm in India, they will schedule meetings in the nights 10 11 pm, so for that you have to stay connected with your device which I don't like. 12. Even in the lunch break, they will call you, and you can't avoid because that abhishek is mad person you can't argue with them. 13. Not even the single employees is happy with that company, everyone is working in their compulsion. 14. If you want to talk with others employees so because of heavy work load they don't have time so they just ignore you. 15. No one can help you in work, because they don't have time from their own work. What I see, what I realised after working their and the basis on that, I have wrote the review . God Promise this company is the worst company ever seen in my life. Hatts to some senior employees who are still behaved goods, work well and manage the company at their own level, apart from that there is no one who can understand your problems.

Pros

Learn how not to run a company You’ll finally understand why people just quit without backup A free Netflix show everyday starring the CEO as the lead villain. Teaches you to trust your gut especially when it screams “RUN”

Cons

Constant fear of being fired due to performance issue (reality is they can't afford you). Management runs on ego, paranoia, and insecurity. No boundaries, no balance, no respect. Morale is dead, culture is fake, and the people who smile are just better at hiding trauma. Burnout isn’t a risk here it’s a guarantee. You leave this place broken, not better.
