      Pros

      Helps you realise what it is like to work under stupid leaders with zero vision. Only customer IFS. Once IFS stops the project, no more CODIFICATION.

      Cons

      Stay the hell away. Recruiting increases like crazy when they get a new project and soon as its over, they start firing people. Zero job security. All employees are short term. Don’t waste time considering this company. Run if a recruiter calls from this company.
