      Pros

      Excellent work culture with supportive Team Leads who are always approachable and helpful. Great work-life balance with flexible scheduling. The curriculum is well-structured, engaging, and continuously updated. Opportunity to teach students from different countries and grow professionally in a positive learning environment.

      Cons

      Very few concerns. During peak periods, project review workload can be high which is manageable with right time management, but overall the experience is positive.

      Pros

      I have been working at Codingal for the last 4.5 years, and it has been a wonderful learning journey. During this time, I have taught students from different age groups, ranging from young kids to teenagers, and interacted with parents from across the globe. This role has significantly improved my communication skills, confidence, presentation abilities, and problem-solving skills. The company provides excellent exposure to international students, which helps in understanding different cultures and teaching styles. I have also learned how to handle a large number of parent interactions professionally while maintaining a positive learning experience for students. The team is supportive, and there are continuous opportunities to learn and grow both personally and professionally.

      Cons

      The work can sometimes be challenging during peak periods, especially when managing multiple classes and parent interactions. Occasionally, scheduling can be demanding, but with proper planning and support from the team, it becomes manageable.
