      Toxic athomsphere, low salaries, constant overtime

      The only advantage was that it was close to my apartment

      Cons

      - Constant overtime, even during the weekedns, if you refuse to work extra, they threaten to fire you -Constant layoffs and staff redundancies, the company is in financial collapse and lays down senior staff with high salaries. Hires junior programmers for BGN 800-1000 - Toxic atmosphere, gossip, intrigue, everyone is a relative of someone or they are lovers, complete lack of work ethic

      -Interesting business field - Food vouchers The Salary is not too bad for BG Paid overtime Possibility to work from home (if you leave too far)

      Cons

      - No scope for training, learning, enhancing career, - Bad team-leader/ Not diplomatic - Poor management, bad communication - A lot of last minute tasks with short deadlines - Not friendly and bad Team leader - They can hire you only for a certain period of time without telling you when signing the contract - Don't expect too much help from the oldest colleagues. - Bad location - Arrogant people - Rarely face to face communication, everything is happening by chat even if the person is next to you.
