Pros

A few people in sales roles were happy or content because they had the easiest job in the world. I was glad that someone was happy.

Cons

The people in leadership were horrible. These fake and evil people set ridiculous deadlines just for fun. It was very stressful and exhausting for employees who took their jobs seriously and wanted to do their best every day. Future employees, please beware!

I left CoinFlip because I couldn't stand how awful the managers were! They kept making unreasonable demands, yelled at employees for failing to meet their impossible expectations, nitpicked our work all the time without providing any support or feedback, and avoided taking accountability for any of their mistakes!
