      Friendly coworkers and managers, hybrid work options, good entry level position to new entrants in the crypto/web3 space

      Business strategy lacks direction/vision, lack of a focused sales process, inexperienced founders, no CRM system in place, inherent volatility in the crypto industry, no clear growth trajectory

      Pros

      Unlimited payed time off Higher ups left you alone to do your job (could also be a con depending on the person) For the most part everyone was friendly

      Cons

      Didn’t seem like the executives team and management had plan and if they did, they didn’t communicate it well to the rest of the company. - wanted over night results rather then coming up with a detailed plan to execute. Took the approach of throwing pasta at the wall to see what sticks. Had less than a week of training
