1) If u r willing to pay 15k o work extensively for 3 mnths without salary, then ur job s confirmed. 2) You'll be asked to give original marks card so that u wont leave in between(kinda bond). 3) You'll have to do all the works in addtion to your job role. 4) You'll be promised with lot of things in the interview which later turns out to be fake. 5) Work environment is similar to desert with sweat and dust all over you and your gadgets(laptop, phone). 6) Tasks will b given to u along deadlines for the same based on which productivity ll be dtermined(initially u ll b gvng deadlines and after some tym then it goes the otherr way round) 7) Other than tasks there will be much more work to do, which you'll have to do regardless of your job role. 8) Works will be like getting parcel(smtyms personl stuffs of boss) getting some permissons,shifting items from one p;ace to other in auto 9) You'll be said that its a startup so you'll have to do all the works(even cleang whole office) 10) When it comes to leave policy, its college+mnc+startup. in short ur holidays have been cut 11) Your sick leave will b approved only if u tell d boss before u get sick. 12) You'll be promised with flexible work timings which means you could be called early in d morning, o asked to go late in the night and cld b evn called on sundays n public holidays. 13) You'll be said that if u achieve your goals, long vacations will be given(its made sure that ur tasks are full and goals wont be achievd). 14) Even though if u r a fresher, youll b asked to master yo area just by watching videos(coz watching video you can learn anytng!!) 15) When ur not able to do sm tasks u ll made to jump like a crazy person to get clarity and energy to get d tasks done. 16) Theres nothing as trade secret bec everytng will be copy paste from some website and instead of their logo companys will be put up. 17) In case if u cant do certain task ull b again promised to get assistance from boss which you wont and in return u'll get some talk for not finishing task. 18) Even after leaving the company u wont get any experience certificate or any benefits, I dont think the company's even registered.

The Company is run by a Single Man and manily deals with students. 1) No payment for first 3 months and you'll be asked to deposit your original marks card. 2) Horrendous work Hours. 10 AM to 6:30 PM, 6 days a week (51 hours) and also forces us to work hours(No pay). Occasionally Sundays will also be a work day with no extra pay. 3) Employees are supposed to get their own devices i.e Laptops and phones. Personal number has to be used for back-end sales, Marketing, follow up and many other issues. No compensation is provided. 4) No proper internet connection which in turn effects employees. 5) Toxic work environment. Literally. No roof, as a result all the dust, fumes, etc. from other room (Civil research) gets into our work space. No action was taken even after repeated complaints. 6) No proper cooling like AC or Fan for employee work-space while Boss sits in his AC room. 7) Boss shamelessly asks employee to copy work of others. 8) We are asked to clean the work-space as we are his servants/slaves. 9) No benefits for employees apart from peanuts we got as salary. 10) No proper work desks. We were given college desks which are extremely uncomfortable to sit. 11) No fun things to do in and around the company. 12) Cult like work culture. We were made to recite from a card every morning, write down things that we were to do on a book, and also made us Jump clap our hands thrice while saying yes yes yes. 13) Meetings go up to 3 hours. Where as the actual matter is discussed only for half an hour. 14) No recognition is given to the work we do. 15) We were blamed for inefficiency even if we were not responsible.
