Toxic work environment, impressive balance of micro managing and lack of management, rubbish systems that don’t allow you to do your job effectively, demanding and demeaning clients, terrible work life balance, racist UK team, absolutely no structure and planning from middle/upper management. In the last two years they’ve lost the CFO, CTO, and CEO whose job functions were taken on by either the parent company or other people internally. Working here feels like rearranging chairs on the Titantic. And the iceberg is coming from inside the ship.

As a recent graduate, this company can provide a valuable learning experience, but it’s not conducive to long-term growth. The pervasive issue of understaffing and low pay across departments persists, leading to an unsustainable workload for employees. Additionally, rather than addressing these problems, the company often resorts to pulling employees from different departments, further burdening them with additional responsibilities under the guise of ‘cross training.’ Moreover, the management lacks adequate training to lead and support their teams, contributing to a disorganized work environment. From poor compensation packages to inexperienced leadership, it’s evident that this company doesn’t prioritize the well-being and growth of its employees.
