      Company is a small mom and pop IT company. Now its First Light. Let's hope they broke everything down and built it back up again the correct way.

      Free coffee and water. The bathrooms are clean.

      The place is run by the seat of the pants. No strategic planning, it is designed to get through the next job. Customers would be shocked to see the actual infrastructure and the security.
