Pros
Back in the day this was a good company to work for as an internal employee. Like every other organization, they had their issues and dysfunctions. However, the manager actually cared about her employees and what was going on with them in their personal and professional lives. Sadly, when new management came on board in 2016 and beyond, this company went to the dogs.
Cons
ComforceHealth has one of the worst reputations in the HIM space. They are not respected and everyone who had any level of experience and talent has either quit or been fired for manufactured reasons. This company does not pay employees fairly or respect their work or experience that they bring to the table. Credit is never given for a job well done, it is stolen by senior management to make it look like they are doing their jobs...which they never are. Commissions are only paid for 1 year and then go directly to the house and/or senior management. This company is in complete disrepair. Do not trust your career to Comforce.
