Managers display favouritism. No growth due to workplace politics. Upper management dont even know your name even though they sit behind you.

Management been in the same postion for years and continue to say they are changing the culture but nothing has changed in 10 years. Management and leaders never available and then throw you under the bus to save themselves. People in positions of claims leadership that have never done a day in claims in there life. Serious culture problem and will never change but funny enough the leaders know this and laugh about it. Do yourself and favour and give this a miss, if you speak to any ex employee from a year ago to 10 years will all say the same, Comminsure is a terrible place to work at and you will have the life sucked out of you. The fish rots from the head.
