They're always looking at the latest technologies. They're ambitious. They hire highly skilled people. They write their entire tech stack themselves, leaving them in complete control over what's happening and where - this keeps the job really interesting.
It's a phenomenal benefits package for a company of this size. Very flexible working hours too.
Cons
They're overly optimistic on their projects and customer promises, and the staff regularly take the brunt of mopping the mess up and making it work. Since it never actually "goes wrong" it never gets fixed. It remains quite a high pressure environment to work in, with lots of "once we're over this project" style promises.
