Pros

Hours are flexible, only reason why I am still here

Cons

Poor management and training. You pretty much get thrown in a lake and its up to you to sink of swim. Lots of gossip. Employees who don't do their job right get all the promotions and raises. Good loyal employees are not appreciated here, if you are a good, loyal hard working employee go find another job or you will just be taken for granted. Work gets added on to you your day, you do all the lazy people's job here. That's just how it works. Speak up and get retaliation from your manager for doing so. Don't bother asking for a raise, you'll just get dodged. Nothing but false promises here folks.. move it along. P.S It's not what you know, it's who you know. That's what gets you up the ladder in TCB You can be as dumb as a rock all you have to do is know the right person.

Thank you for your honest feedback. I'm sorry that this has been your experience to date. Cross department collaboration is an area that we are actively working to improve. Earlier this year we held an Assembly for 300 staff with Collaboration as the theme. We are working to create clearer, more visible expectations around the need for collaboration and doing training that relates to this topic. We definitely have more work to do in this area but we are committed to trying to improve this aspect of TCB culture. In a few cases have made leadership changes as a result.

Lack of Teamwork Interdepartmental Bickering

Pros

3 weeks vacation, short term disability, medical coverage.

Cons

Lack of Professional Leadership that sets an example to other, always reinventing the wheel to make excuses for people who have no idea or do not want to take care of the basics. No loyalty to hard working employees. All departments always pointing fingers at each other and the Head Man in Charge is incapable of pulling the company together to work in the spirit of cooperation as a unified team that shares each others accomplishments and pitches in to help others succeed.
