Flexible work timing Bosses are nice.. sometimes

No management or structure in any department resulting in tasks not being done properly or delegated properly and then team blamed for not being fast enough Micromanaging by CEO Low company and worker morale Not going to get anywhere until they hire someone capable with relevant experience to be a dedicated manager for the teams and who isn't pulled in 5 different directions, therefore having no time

Vacation - their is very little work so you'll feel like you are on a paid vacation.

Cons

Management is clearly along a single racial and religious line. If you aren't a Muslim and/or Pakistani expect to be treated differently. I spent alot of time wondering how this company conitunes to exist.

Has a fantastic culture internally and a great product line to match. Growth opportunites are immense - I started as a Programmer and became an Architect in a quick span all thanks to leadership that not only leads BUT trusts and directs each and every employee and walks with them on a succesful journey. Great Team environment, very inclusive, leadership team is very visible and approachable. The projects one gets to work on are always challenging and fulfilling. Flexible work schedules.

Cons

Very tolerant to poor performers.
