Pros

The company is fully remote, which is a plus. Great product with amazing potential.

Cons

As a fully remote company there is a lack of cohesion. Managers routinely tell you how great the company is going but lack consistency. If you you have any ideas to improve or innovate, save it. It won't be welcomed. The CEO is chaotic and if you dare breathe a comment that he doesn't like, you are fired. Tough environment to stand out in. Everyone is scared to speak up and are trying to leave as quickly as possible. Do not recommend this company at all.

Toxic to the core

Pros

It's remote which is nice

Cons

The culture is the most toxic environment I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing and it comes entirely from the top. The founder is just not a good person and when you have someone who is fundamentally evil running the show everyone suffers. Priorities change every week, people get slandered behind their back, backstabbing and infiting reign supreme. And it literally all flows from the founder. There is a cadre of middle people desperately trying to salvage things but everyone wants to quit.
