Meeting new clients to broaden my network, that is all.

Cons

Like every other post on here, I confirm that management do not care about the staff or treating employees like human beings. Daily occurrence of bullying, mixed communication, constant moving the goal posts as there are no written procedures in place. Staff made to feel like they are worthless. No interest from HQ and especially the COO.

Some employees are nice people. It's not their fault that the company is ran by a gambler and a bunch of politicians

Cons

The CEO and top management are a bunch of pretentious politicians IF YOU PLAN TO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY, DON'T, even more if it is on sales. The owner and the management are exploiters and don't have management skills whatsoever. More importantly, they're stubborn in their stupidity and don't listen to the advice of their middle/senior managers. There is no HR department. If you have any question or complain, you need to go to your line or senior manager. Financially, this company is the least transparent corporation I have ever seen. The CEO tightly manages everything, there is no CFO or COO and the people at their accounts department want to quit every other day. Some, if not all of the positive reviews this company has in this website, have been written by employees at the request of the CEO. On a last note, a socially-crippled person should not be CEO of any company.
