Management and managing money very questionable

    Advice to Management

Good luck to new Finance Manager! CEO always borrowing and using $$$$$$$$$$$$$. Using all types of reasons for company to pay for personal items

I worked at Comprehensive Care full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Fellow employes were very nice and my direct report was really helpful. But, other than that I have nothing nice to say.

    Cons

Office culture sucked. My manager was a washed up, nasty beast. I heard she did retire and she needed to

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the old and bring in new to bring in their ideas of how things should be done now. Offer better benefits, I mean you ARE a health care company. Company values and promotions also lacking.

I have been working at Comprehensive Care full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Salary was OK compared to some other companies

    Cons

Money, NO money for employees that is... CEO takes money from the company, sends company property to NY, pays for personal items for family and friends, he is a real cheat. Uses everyone he can, owes $$$$$$$ to the company, some of the things he does are just shocking.

No private area to pump breast milk, they suggest bathroom!!!

    Advice to Management

Management should stand up to head of company and tell him where to put his orders!

I worked at Comprehensive Care full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

People are nice and make the workplace enjoyable.

    Cons

Not enough resource ie--staff, software packages, etc

    Advice to Management

Cannot grow business without taking care of what you already have

    Pros

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location.

    Cons

Human resources dept consists of 1 person, may take 3-4 months to get hired from time of interview. Inefficient computer software programs. No sense of leadership, most managers left company (red flag). Poor benefits. No structured training.

    Advice to Management

I would if management existed at this company. Perhaps hiring a human resources dept could assist in recruiting more people and decreasing turn over.
