      - 40+ year old company, firmly established in its market and stable. - Opportunities to connect with the smartest minds in the field both internally and externally. - Well defined catalogue of products with a variety of tech, room for you to specialize in what you prefer. - Open channels to make your own impact with suggestions, ideas, and improvements, CEO very receptive to new ideas and innovations and will dedicate resources to well thought out plans.

      Cons

      - Business has pivoted from small and slow moving to rapid and expaning over the past few years, this is a good thing but growing pains have left stretch marks that are only now beginning to fade. - 40+ years is a lot of time to establish a good business, but its also a lot of time to establish technical debt. Expect to work on projects where some decisions that made sense years ago result in bottlenecks today.
