    Pros

    The ability to work with lot of different people getting all the energy to complete different project on time.

    Cons

    The inability to make sure that all users follow the protocol to place whatever problem they had to the help desk. for ticket to be created at times.

    I worked at Computer World Services (More than a year)

    Pros

    The office is not too far of a drive

    Cons

    they do not pay their employee's a decent salary. When they acquire a new contract instead of bumping up pay. employee's get a extra work load and upper management gets a raise. It has happen 3 times since my employment there.

    Pros

    Always under staffed which means there is always Over time shifts you can pick up

    Cons

    No guidance from management, no accountability for people that don't do their job, if you do your job well you get all the crap work and shifts dumped on you.

    Advice to Management

    learn to weed out people that can't preform or wont be reliable in the interview process. Hold your team leads to a higher standard, and ensure they are doing they're job. Implement a better training program

    Pros

    I've been with CWS for 5 years. They've treated me fairly and have responded to any issues promptly.

    Cons

    Government contract work, if they lose the contract you'll be reapplying for your own job, usually at a lower rate. Personal reviews were few and far between, but if you mentioned it to management you could still get your annual raises.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to find talented individuals and your company will thrive. Increase the regularity of personal reviews to help your employees feel needed.

    Don't have too many weaknesses

    Learn very quickly and have a firm understanding of how to execute and get the job done properly.

    None that I can think of

    Cons

    no flex time unless it was to benefit of customer. I was told if I disagree with this policy I had a choice about working for CWS. When I left because of this policy, I was told I was wrong.

    Unique calls from fun people

    Cons

    The lack of leadership is so extensive that the turn over rate is through the roof. There is no growth opportunity what so ever with this company. The management has no clue how to lead and/or manage anything. This environment is toxic.

    Advice to Management

    Have your leads gain leadership skills and training before appointing them.
