      A Lot of Potential but Poor Morale and Poorer Management

      Impressive client list; potential for the business to grow; seem to be leading in the room scheduling industry

      Cons

      Unmotivated employees, particularly on Sales; many complaints about technical glitches and supply problems; lack of a positive team environment and mostly antisocial; stuck between a global company feel and a start up feel; ineffective management from bottom up; lack of clear communication and leadership across regions

      There were many, now only pros is that you still have a job if you do

      The list is so long that its not even worth explaining everything, the worst con is that no one has a listening ear at this org. If you are still fortunate enough to be employed by Condeco then either you earn below national average, or know how to play dirty politics. Constant lies to customers even after signed agreements - talk about 24x7 support they charge annually to customers, while offer only 9-5pm (India hours) support Lies in RFPs, say yes to everything while people filling the RFPs do not even know answer to 95% questions Customer data is accessed by everyone at support, GDPR restrictions are a joke at this company Anyone can get hold of customer's PII data - all the security certifications in place are joke forget about employees, they do not even care about customers - issues stay opened and unresolved for years and then finally closed saying that its by design

      Pros

      Free food. Close to highway.

      Cons

      Open environment with no privacy in work area. Hard to concentrate. Product has lots of bugs. Hard to satisfy customers. No strategy to resolve. Management is aware but doesn't or can't change it.
