      Pros

      OK pay and benefits, social gatherings.

      Cons

      There is little or no management structure or evidence of planning. Huge turn over rate due to letting people go and people leaving due to stress. The crisis style of management causes burn out. Former employees don't recommend working there. You rarely receive performance reviews and there is little motivation to work hard there.

      Great staff, family friendly management team, promote from within, fair pay, benefits and profit sharing

      Cons

      Small company so often feel overloaded with tasks and not allowed to say no to anything. Every job always seemed to be the #1 priority which meant a lot of overtime without extra compensation. Sometimes felt micromanaged.

      Great social events, nice profit sharing if you qualify, some good coworkers, flexible personal time options, Good benefits, nice office setting

      Cons

      Micro management, no long term planning, high turn over rate, high stress, mange by crisis mentality, irregular performance reviews, work space temperatures not well controlled
