- Pathetic with no leadership skill, are the leaders, puppets of the Group
- Hiring own known people, relatives...most non compliant company I have ever seen and HR seems to care the least including the CHRO who only holds the mic to give away awards that has not been even awarded transparently
- No career growth, high performing ppl will be fired to save some of the favourites
- No transparent communication or performance review
- Worst HR who only dances in the tune of the business leaders, no decision making power or empowerment, more like an admin function
- Half the workforce don't even work but they continue to be billed or given bonus and raise.
- Racism and yes you heard it right. Compensation offered based on nationality and so does importance and performance bonus
- I have literally heard from leaders saying that if they don't like someone, they should be out of the company
- Many great skilled ppl who relocate to UAE to make a life and career are been thrown out like garbage in name of restructuring and in few months they continue to hire more
- Highly bureaucratic leaders, if u follow up you get ur work done
- Mental well being will be zero..most are on survival mode to save their job no matter how good they are at their jobs
- Avoid if you could, don't get deceived by their social media posts
